Record your screen. Share it in seconds.
OnScreen records your screen, camera and voice right in the browser and gives you a link when you stop. Upload the videos you already have, tidy them up in the editor, and decide who gets to watch.

How it works
From idea to shared link in three steps.
No exporting, no attachments, no waiting for a huge file to send. Stop recording and the link is ready to paste.
- Step 1
Record or upload
Capture a screen, window or tab with your mic and camera, or upload a video in MP4, MOV, WebM, MKV and more.
- Step 2
Trim and polish
Cut false starts, splice in clips from other videos, and add music or a voice-over. The original is always kept.
- Step 3
Share one link
Viewers watch in their browser without an account. Embed it in your docs, or keep it private.
Features
Everything you need to say it with video.
Record, upload, edit and share from one place, with control over who sees what.
Your screen and your face
Add your camera as a bubble you can drag, resize, and switch between a circle and a square. A countdown lets you settle in, and you can pause any time.
A link the moment you stop
Every video gets its own hard-to-guess link, ready for Slack, email, or a ticket. Reset it and old copies stop working.
Upload what you already have
Drop in MP4, MOV, WebM, MKV, AVI and more. Big files upload in parallel parts and are converted to play in every browser.
Edit without starting over
Cut a section, insert part of another video, or lay music on top. Export to update the same link, or download an MP4.
You decide who watches
Share with anyone who has the link, or keep a video to yourself. Downloads stay off unless you allow them.
Embed it, and know it landed
Paste an embed code into a wiki, help center, or product doc, and see each video's view count — your own views aren't counted.

FAQ
OnScreen questions.
Do I need to install anything?
No. OnScreen runs in your browser. Recording needs a recent version of Chrome or Edge, and anyone can watch your videos in any modern browser.
Do viewers need an account?
No. Share links and embeds work for anyone you send them to, without signing in.
Who can watch my videos?
Anyone with the link, unless you make a video private — then only you can watch it. You can also reset a video's link, so copies of the old one stop working.
Can I upload videos I've already recorded?
Yes. Upload MP4, MOV, WebM, MKV, AVI and other common formats, or drop them anywhere on the page. OnScreen converts them so they play in every browser, and they get a share link like any recording.
Will editing a video break the link I already sent?
No. When you export an edit, the video updates under the same link. The original is kept, so you can go back to it at any time.
Can people download my videos?
Only if you let them. Downloads are off for viewers by default, and you can switch them on for each video.
