5. Project Timeline and Delivery

Project timelines are estimates based on the scope of work. We strive to meet agreed deadlines but are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including client delays, third-party service issues, or force majeure events.

6. Revisions and Modifications

The number of revision rounds is specified in each project package. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds will be charged at our standard hourly rate. Major scope changes may require a new agreement and adjusted timeline.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment:

• You own the final deliverables and source code
• Zyrosys retains the right to display the work in our portfolio
• Third-party assets remain subject to their respective licenses
• We reserve the right to use reusable code components in other projects

8. Warranty and Support

We provide free bug fixes and support for the period specified in your package (1-12 months). This warranty covers defects that impair the functionality of your website but does not cover issues caused by third-party services, hacking, or unauthorized modifications.

9. Limitation of Liability

Zyrosys shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. In case of termination, you will be responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date. We reserve the right to terminate services for violation of these terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
